A. Bequest of the Residue of your estate:

B. Bequest of a Specific Amount:

2. Gifts of Real Estate by Will
“I leave to the Janaka Foundation, 14618 Tyler Foote Rd., Nevada City, California, the real property described as follows: [property description]”
3. Beneficiary Designation: of Life Insurance Policy or Pension Plan (IRA, or other Retirement plans): (You can furnish this or other appropriate language to your insurance company or retirement plan administrator. Ask them for the proper form.)
